Great Experience. Even though I did not purchase my 2010 Mazda6 from Sentry you would have thought I had purchased 5 cars from them. The communication was great and the service was fantastic. 5 STARS!.

Sentry is NOT my local Mazda dealer, but I make sure to bring my car to Sentry for service, it's worth the longer drive. The staff members are really friendly and they provide top-notch service. I'll definitely come back.

My kids just moved out of the house so it was time for me to trade in the older SUV we had and move to something a little more luxurious. I had heard about how great the new MKX was from a couple of friends, so I headed over to Sentry for a test drive. I was pleasantly surprised to see they could accomodate me the same day and also well the sales guy explained all the different tech features to me. I'm not that savvy but the car was so easy to use that I had my bluetooth synced up in a couple of minutes. Got the right price for the car too and I couldn't be more excited when I receive it next week.

When my Mazda3's brakes needed replacement, a friend of mine suggested Sentry West Mazda as he has regularly taken his car there for any repairs and check-ups. The staff members are really friendly and they provide top-notch service. When I got my car back, I didn't have any trouble with my brakes and it has been driving smoothly ever since. The prices might be a little higher than other repair shops but its definitely worth having you car looked at and serviced by a proper Mazda dealer. I'll definitely come back.

I noticed the check engine switch on my dashboard, when I was coming back from a camping trip and I immediately took my car to Sentry. Although I had never been to Sentry for a car repair, I purchased my Ford Focus from there, so I decided to give their services a shot. The customer service was wonderful. The mechanic carried out a full inspection and took the car in for a full repair. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to give me an appointment and get the job done. Will definitely recommend their services.

My new job requires a fair bit of commute so I decided to buy a pre-owned car to make my life easier.
