My first impression upon walking in the door was not good. The staff of women up front never greeted anyone on an early morning appointment with looks of why did you come here on their faces. They all sit up front talking about patients even though you sign customer privacy there is none among the staff. The visit kept getting worse. No friendliness upon getting to the back. And the dentist who came in was even worse. He barely spoke and had little to nothing to say.No one wanted to be there. My situation was bad but that's what they're there for...not to make people feel worse. Upon leaving I was asked to sign a estimate saying I approved to the work being done,that I only wanted an estimate for. Staff continued to talk about me and my situation at front desk. I will not recommend this office or return. Bad customer service. No tact or customer privacy. One star is too much. Only thing going for this place is the cleanliness.
