Actually it gets no stars in my opinion. My last experience here was awful. I made an appointment with the hair stylist ahead of time but when I got there on my appointment day I was told they couldn't find me in the computer. So I was given the option to reschedule or let a student do my hair. Well I let the student do my hair since it's already hard enough finding a sitter and I really wanted my hair done! Of course they had a big patch of color in the front of my hair and expected me to walk out with it looking like that! The owner Terri got an attitude and talked loudly saying you can't expect your hair to be perfect but keep in mind that I had originally made the appointment with her. She had done my hair before a couple of times and seemed ok that's why I went back but this time was awkward. She was rude and acting funny, not nice at all. I won't be back.
