When Leon Rinchuso founded Rinchuso’s Plumbing and Heating Inc. in 1980, his mission was to present customers with the best possible service available with his 23 years prior experience. A positive customer experience was only part of Leon’s business philosophy,employee morale was also an important factor to make the business successful. This helped to maintain a consistency of positive morale throughout the company. Leon believed that a dedicated employee always helps to present a positive attitude to each client. With the passing of Leon Rinchuso in March 2008, Rinchuso’s Plumbing and Heating Inc. remained a family business. Three of Leon’s children, along with two grandchildren, continue to instill the values set by the patriarch almost 30 years ago. Currently, Rinchuso’s Plumbing and Heating Inc. employs 30 additional employees with a majority of them having 10+ years tenure with the company.
