I was told on the phone that the tow would cost 125 and had to be paid in cash. Gave the driver the cash when he showed up. Called back next day to get receipt mailed for my insurance claim and they only put 120 in the total paid column. When I called to have them correct the receipt I was told that they considered the extra money a tip. Do not do business with this company. Evidently, they're pocketing money on a regular basis.
