We have been using this service for about 6 weeks now. The first day they were supposed to pick up the trash they drove past. I called the office and was promised that they would come back and pickup. They did as promised. So far, I am pleased with their service. Their customer service rep I talked to was very nice and helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE (IESI Shreveport, LA). I have been patient with IESI for four weeks. Not once has my trash been collected when they said it would be. After every missed collection I have to call IESI to remind them to pick up my trash - this has always required multiple phone calls. Trash collection should be simple and mindless - not with IESI, it takes three phone calls each week in order for my trash to be collected. If you have any alternative in trash collection companies - by all means, use them!
