Very Disrespectful...none professional workers!!! I will never call again. They should at least talk to customers first to see what they want, not just answer an say place hold, an have you waiting until they close ....Wow!

Stayed on hold for 16 minutes and no one ever answered. They evidently applied the "he'll hang up eventually" technique. Fire this whole staff and start over.

I went to renew my license. I had sold 2 cars but didn't turn the tags in. I didn't know. The lady told me how to avoid paying as much in fines. When I returned with the paperwork as racist hag says she can't except the notarized papers & instead of $400 it's $900. They do as they please and dont follow the rules!!!

The women that work here are very rude went in there to get my driver license didnt really kno what i was suppose to have so i brought all the paper work i had explained today the ugly lady with the mole that i didnt get my permanent tags yet they coming in the mail she was not very helpful she kept saying that i had to have it which i feel if this is something you see everyday she could have explained to me what to look for she was like i need to hurry up she got other people waiting then i left the dmv not knowing what to have or what to look for i belived this was done on purpose bc outside she asked me have i found the paper yet and all along she knew i had it but was giving me a hard time. rumor is she dont like pretty girls its a shame that females are discussing that they have to mess they hair up and look bad and kiss but so she can pass them me um no lol not doing it.so i left to talk to the people i bought the car from and they said the temp should be good enough i drove back up there i was very upset i was gonna keep quiet but she kept saying to me that so you went home and found it and i was like no it was with me the first time i came here by then i was beyond furious so anyways she sent another lady to talk to me she was saying that she doesnt have to look for the papers i just stayed quiet and let her talk i did not repeat did not ask the moley face women to find the papers for me the lady listened to her side of the story only didnt ask me anything about my side or what happened which i thought was not professional but hey what can i say when you have people that work in these type of gov jobs they feel they can treat people and talk to people any kind of way very bad experience

This place stinks they're slow as hell and the workers are rude just lazy. The room could be full of ppl and yet they wanna stand around and talk to one another rather than work. It took them an hr just to get through 10 numbers. And the stupid biotch of a cop is always nagging ab where u stand even though there's no where else to stand bc the room is so full!!! This place is horrible not to mention no one knows how to answer a phone around much less do their job.

Don't try calling this office. Every number listed online has been disconnected. Sad way to run a business.

The number listed for the motor vehicles office in Shreveport is wrong, again! I have previously told yellowpages.com that this number is for the unemployment office but they have again listed it incorrectly. They will probably not list this review, either!
