I call a few other places before I found them and I was not satisfied at all with there customer service. When I reached John at momentum movers I instantly knew I wanted to use the guys. When they showed up they looked over my possessions and I just say back and relaxed. They handled everything professionally and because I plan to move around over the next few years hear in shreveport/bossier I will definitely be calling them again. Currently in the millitary and needed to be moved from long distance to shreveport. I paid them half up front and these guys came out of town, loaded us up, and got all of my possessions move professionally and with no damage at all. And for a great price as well. I highly recommend momentum

I'm a single woman and I relocated for a job across the state. Momentum Movers were fast and efficient. My furniture was moved with care and nothing was damaged! My move was done on 8-27-14. The movers showed up on time and were very friendly and courteous. These guys are so hard working its incredible! There were 5 flights of stairs to deal with and they did it with ease. I tried to carry something down and they said don't worry we will get it all. I would recommend this company over any other in the area. When I move again they are who i will call for sure!

Worst move ever. Do not hire this company, just a guy with a truck. I booked them a week prior for a pack and move. The day of, they were an hour late. The manager failed to inform me that I needed to provide my own boxes so I ended up moving half of my stuff myself. They damaged my wall at my new location and articles that can't be replaced ended up broken because they just threw them in whatever was available to consolidate items. The manager was reluctant to take a check because the bank wasn't local so I had to get cash. This company is basically a guy with a truck.

These guys exceeded all expectations. I admit that there quote was a bit steep, however; I was pretty demanding. These guys were worth every penny (ended up tipping them). I will definitely be using them when the rest of my family moves this way.
