While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

This is the third time I had to return take out food that was less than standard. I don't want to return back to the store after returning home,food was cold and old , perhaps it set on the warmer most of the day. This is unexceptable for the quality McDonald is known for. I will not return.

I went to this location at 7:45am and as usual after ordering my food, which was 2 sausage biscuit with cheese. Not a tall order to fill but none the less. The cheese was hard and sausage was rubbery and burnt black... So I went to the McDonald's by my house and ordered the same thing. Thank God it was right because I had already wasted money. I wasn't turning around to have them fix it because either they would have had an attitude, done something to my food, or just gave me old burnt food again. I gave the nasty biscuits to the crew member at the other location.
I really hope someone does something to address the issues. As a Gm myself I understand the challenges of running a restaurant. But without customers and better customer service and hot, fresh, and great quality food we wouldn't have our job.

New management please

Very trashy business. Worst McDonalds in Shreveport. They never have items on the menu (bacon, water, etc) Rude workers that talk about you while stand in the kitchen cooking. Please do something about this location.
