I was looking for "the ring" and I went to all 3 location. They were all super nice and when I didn't find what I wanted the man asked me what I was exactly looking for and he called the owner. With in 1 hr the owner was drigging throw all his rings in the back to find me the "that ring" And he gave me a great deal!!!! great local business for Shreveport and Bossier!!

Buyer beware!!!!!!! If you buy anything from this store chain, you will not get your money back for defective merchandise. I bought a surround souns from them friday, had it installed saturday, and attempted to return it Tuesday. They wouldn't give me my money back, but instead offered me an in store credit. I felt this was unfair because I retained my reciept and good identification. I will never purchase anything else from this establishment again.
