I have used Matthews Landscape to clean out my flowerbeds and trim bushes. They also planted flowers in my flowerbeds. I was pleased with the work overall. Only problem I had with them is some of the flowers died due to not being planted properly. I called the office and was contacted by someone about the issue. I was told they would come out and replace the flowers. No one ever came out nor did my flowers get replaced. This happened on two separate occasions. I understand they were busy but when you call about an issue at least two or more times, someone should at least take accountability and make the effort to resolve the matter. I talked to the office and to the person who was over the maintenance crew that came out. All it would have taken was for someone to come out and replace the section that had died.

I hired Matthews Landscape in May 2014 to clean out and replace the landscaping in my flower beds, fertilize the lawn and treat fire ants in my front yard; in the back yard, to re-grade and re-sod the lawn. Over the course of completing the work, there were three different crew supervisors. The last one who was in charge of the back yard project was a no-show repeatedly (from 7/3 til 7/11) when trying to get started. It wasn't until I requested a meeting with his boss that he actually showed up. After the back yard project was completed the ruts left in the front yard by the equipment used for the back yard were half-way repaired (I have pictures but don't see a way to upload them). I was so embarrassed by the appearance of my front yard! In addition to that, I was charged for 8 pallets of sod but they only used 6 and 1/2. I was told that they used the add'l sod to repair my front lawn - not true. Pictures don't lie!

I do acknowledge that they did a great job on the flower bed in the front yard though, and yes, I have pictures of them too.

Matthews' Landscaping does all our yard maintenance the past five years... mowing, tree trimming, etc.

They are careful around our storage building, grill, A/C, septic sprinklers to prevent damage.

Excellent and honest professionals!

Matthews Landscaping built the patio in our backyard and worked with us to landscape with plants that we liked and that are low maintenance. Everyone who sees our backyard comments on how beautiful it is. Matthew's also maintains our sprinkler system.
