Firstly, this is the second time I've made it to Jacobs well and they're closed early. I called to complained the first time and they swore up and down they were open. As you could imagine, it deeply frustrated me. I let it slide. Now two months later, the same thing! Their sign clearly says 9 to 6pm. I get off at 4 and it's a half hour drive, therefore I know I didn't have the time wrong. I tried to get in touch with Shawn Kilgarlin, the owner (See his own review below) but he was supposedly out of the country. Anyway, I deeply believe this place is a "laundromat". They clearly don't care about the business and I highly doubt their Catholic/ Christian faith.
