I have used the grounds guys for about 4 seasons, extremely happy ... then something happened, last year they made me happy after they made a big mistake by finishing the year with out charge... when I call them this year, all of the numbers are disconected... I was willing to give them a clean shot, but now I'm looking for someone else who would do my yard work...

For years I have battled the moles in my yard and not to mention the constant flooding in the back of my yard. So I had received a door hanger from the grounds guys, gave them a call, and all I can honestly say right now, is just how AMAZED I am. My grandchildren now can go outside and play, with out me having to worry about moles or all of the mud. I can not express how much this means to me. Thank you so much, One happy Grandma.

Five stars is not enough for this company. They really go out of their way as far as customer service goes. Not once did I ever feel like "the customer". The entire time, I felt as if I have known all of them my entire life. I really have to say, Everyone from the Grounds Guys, from the office to the field workers, are super professional and have the most caring attitudes in this type of business. I started out with them just to clean up my yard, and now they take care of everything. And they are about the same price as everyone else. I have been very pleased with all of my services, I just wish I found them sooner. Thanks to all the employees at Grounds Guys for the wonderful job that you all do for me.

I have been with this company for a long time now, and I just wanted to give all the workers at The Grounds Guys a big high five. They have always been so professional, and I have never had a problem. They always keep me up to date with my services and do such a wonderful job each and every time.Thank you again for all of the work that you have done for me.

A few weeks ago, I was price shopping for someone to rake all the leaves in my yard. And I just happened to have received a door hanger from the grounds guys. So I looked them up and read all the reviews and gave them a call, and they came out free of charge to give me an estimate. Which was great, because who doesn't like something free. After I received my estimate, I thought that it was a little pricey, until they explained everything that it involved. You know the old saying, you get what you pay for? Well in my case, I'm glad that I choose them. Not only do they do more then what others said they would do, but they listened. Some of the others actually were going to charge me extra for everything that the grounds guys offered in their service. After I sat down and really looked over all of the cost and everything that was included, I actually saved a lot money and got more services at that. I was a little sceptic at first about hiring a "Landscape Company" to do some yard work for me. I know by experience, that just the word "Company involves extreamly high cost. But I was very shocked that this company was not. They were very reasonable, and did such a wonder job, I just couldn't believe it. They completely transformed my yard, and actually took the time to listen to what I wanted, and that is a plus. They were so patient with me through the whole process of choosing what I wanted. I went from barley any grass to a Beautiful tropical paradise in my own yard. All of my family and friends were blown away when they seen my new yard. The grounds guys of Shreveport/Bossier completed a fall clean up for me recently. And I must say the price was resonable along with excellent workmen ship.

Ok Shreveport / Bossier. If you are looking for a landscape company that actually does the job correct, then choose the Grounds Guys. I just recently started with them, and they are fantastic. They are always on time, and they let me know if they are not coming out. They are by far the most professional company.

I have search high and low for a great lawn care company. I have been through some companies that were a complete waste of my money. I have been going through The Grounds Guys now for almost a year, and I have never been disappointed once. They always take great pride in their work. I have to say I wish I would have picked them first.
