Visited this restaurant this past weekend while visiting my family. I have to admit this was my worst experience to date. When we first arrived there was about 10 tables full of dirty dishes that needed to be cleared. No one knew who's station that was. Instead of just clearing and cleaning tables they (employees) arguing in front of customers as to who station it was. Manager came and started clearing the tables and instructed the others to pitch in and help. When we finally did get a waitress she was very polite and helpful. The most awful thing was the smell around the food tables near the salad bar. It smelt like there was a dead rat in there, and they were trying to cover the smell up with something. The floor behind the food tables were filthy. The bathrooms were also filthy. The floors period was disgusting. Kids was all around the food tables unaccompanied by adults. Just sticking things under the chocolate fountain and standing there eating it. They did however announce that kids should be accompanied by an adult but did not enforce it. We had eaten at this establishment in the past but I don't think we will be coming back. It has really gone down hill. They need better management and staff. The facility really needs a remodel or a sterile cleaning by a professional crew. What a waste.

The foods good and fresh. This is one of my family's favorite restaurants. The foods always great...

The best all you can eat buffet in Shreveport , a lot of food choices,taste good , clean restaurant ..I always go there .
