Have called them many times, they have been prompt, professional, an got the job done

My experience with Giglio Plumbing was very good. Problem in both bathrooms re toilet tank in one and sink in the other. Very professional, efficient and nice guy. I used Giglio a few years ago and I am very pleased this time as well. Yes, I do recommend and give them a 5 star. ;o)

I called them and they said it would cost $85.00 to come out and that it would be applied to the service - 2 guys came out - one had a broken foot (where he had fallen off a roof prior to coming over - crawled on ground could not do anything or help the younger guy - who had trouble in knowing what to do) they dug out the pipe and found out it was not my problem it was the city problem so they covered the hole up somewhat, and i discussed putting in a clean out valve and he said it would cost around $140. so i called my husband and he said to go ahead and do it. Then they said they would come back when the city finished cleaning out (also the city was already in the neighborhood doing this) and put me in a clean out. Well, the problem still was not working the next day, another man came and said it was the city's problem and when they finished he would be back - we never heard from anyone again, but the city did finish and we no longer had a problem again, but i never got the clean out valve and they never filled the hole up. Just left a mess. I also asked the 1st set of guys what did i owe them , and they said nothing that it was the city's problem not mine. I had my check book in hand ready to pay them, next i get a bill from Giglio saying i owe them $91.46. I called and they said that it was a service fee to come out and JUST TELL YOU what the problem is and it doesn't go toward any services. ( I talked to a guy named Kim and prior i talked to a lady) So, if you call Giglio they will tell you one thing and do another. They guys who come out are nice. But they don't stand behind their word and is not a honest business. So i have a hole in my yard and no clean out - wasn't even my problem - but it cost me $91.46. And, no help from the main office.

Kinda rude to you on phone about you owe for them to come and do nothing.
