Terrible, terrible service. A waitress spilled a whole cup of tea on me and my family and was super nonchalant about it! We told the manager and he acted like it wasn't a big deal!!! They didn't offer any type of discount or free beverages or desserts or anything. I know accidents happen buyt at least be super apologetic and offer your guests something complementary to accommodate the awful experience.
