I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Honda CBR. I was greeted with a smile from the moment I walked in the door. Kristine Doss was my sales person. I was interested in a matte black CBR, and Kristine took me back to the crated bikes to help find one for me. She also recommended an insurance company that was able to get me the best rates for the coverage I needed. Amanda handled all the financing and title work. She was able to find a bank that gave me an outstanding interest rate. And everyone else in the store was helpful and friendly as well. An overall great business!

I would like to first say a big thanks to James Pegg for his exceptional service and to G&C honda for putting me in the best four wheeler money could buy!! Great team and service. Everyone is very attentive and courtious. I highly recommend hooking up with these guys if you want a great deal.

I walked in not knowing the brand and thanks to my salesman James Pegg. I walked out with the deal of a lifetime. I would highly recommend to any one searching for a new or used Honda go to G&C

G&C's prices are higher, financing is higher, and it costs more to install accessories. It really amazes me that anybody buys from them. All you have to do is call around to find a better deal. Honda Village in Natchitoches was cheaper and that is where I went after dealing with these people.

I knew what i wanted, excellent credit, walked in and told them what i wanted. They said they had it in stock. Now mind you, I had to walk in and take 10 min looking for someone to help me! After I woke the salesman up, he said they had what i needed. 2 days later, we came back, filled out the financing paperwork and they said they would call us. Mind you, this was 9am! No call back on that friday! The next tuesday, NO CALL BACK as of Noon! We called them, just for them to say they had to get a unit shipped there.! So moral of the story, if your looking for customer satisfaction, pleasant staff, dont look for it at GC. They have quite the monopoly in my area, as theres not another Honda dealer within 60 or so miles. So they can afford to be lack-luster, however...Im so upset at how Ive been treated, I WONT BE BACK! And funny thing is, I was going to buy my daughter a 4 wheeler for her birthday...Looks like Ill be buying a yamaha or driving to monroe to another dealer. GC is the WORST place Ive been in many years. Im not sure how they survive in these tough times.

I'm done buying parts from these guys. The parts department employees like to ignore you and act like you're bothering them when you ask for help. Benny is the worst; I don't know how the guy keeps a job. I buy my parts from bikebandit.com just so I won't have to deal with these a-holes.

First visit at G & C Honda, I was impressed. I called everywhere looking for the best deal and you know I realized shopping in my hometown just simply makes sense. Not only did I save money but service was better than I expected. They are very helpful. I had a list of questions for my new bike and the salesman answered all of them and some. Save time and money Shop G & C Honda!

I purchased a new Rune this past week. The salesman and finance gal was AWESOME! The purchase was so easy and so much fun! If your looking for a Honda go there to do your shopping. I promise you will be satisfied.

G & C Honda in Shreveport had some REALLY POOR SERVICE...I was trying to buy a 4 wheeler...Need help with some financing and they said I was not approved...they never said why I didn't get approved. But that is not the point I want to make. They never told me how or what I could do to get the financing. The sale person had no idea how much money I could or would have not put down. They never asked. Just because I'm young doesn't make me a "BAD" customer. It was obvious that they did not want to work with ME. I was there for 3 hours and no help from no one. I actaully had to carry my own credit app. to the back. I have never felt so pushed aside before. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND G & C HONDA.
