FRANK’s Louisiana Kitchen is the second restaurant from Shreveport natives Chef Frank Harris IV and businessman Brian Flournoy. Opened in late May 2017 in Windrush Village, south Shreveport’s beautiful Provenance neighborhood, our goal is for our guests to feel like they took a trip to New Orleans, without ever having to leave town!
