I have used creative travel several times and have never been let down. Everything has always been exactly what I expected plus even better. I use Julie Rains and to me she is the best.

We booked our honeymoon through Creative Travel. A month prior to our trip we wanted to change the travel location due to the violence that was occurring in Mexico. It was not until then that the agent informed us our airplane tickets were non-refundable and non-transferrable. She advised my husband that airline tickets being non-refundable and non-transferrable was 'common sense.' We are not experienced travelers and this was definitely not common sense to us and should have been disclosed by the agent. We tried to work with her anyhow to book something else for our honeymoon, but due to the $390 worth of transfer fees we were being charged she could not find us anything in our price range. We requested to be reimbursed the transfer fees because the travel agent failed to do her job. Creative Travel refused. We also purchased travel insurance through Creative Travel, but again were not provided a copy of the policy. We attempted to file a claim for our transfer fees through this insurance policy only to be denied because the policy was very limited in what it covered. When we booked another trip for our honeymoon (on our own) we used the company Creative Travel purchased our initial trip through and found out then that if Creative Travel had purchased their travel insurance, we would have receieved a full refund. I would not recommend that anyone use this agency.
