I just want to thank Eric , I think that's his name in the appliance department. I buy from home. He walks me through all the issues with the appliances I need. Gets my veterans discount. And gets it delivered 80 miles free. I have bought numerous appliances the last couple years and could not be happier. Then the head of the delivery service breaks his back to make sure its on the truck. Thank you lowes....

I prefer Lowe's over Home Depo. It has a nicer layout and I have had better customer service most of the time. For most things they often have a better selection over Home Depo. I still shop at Home Depo and buy things there also. Lowe's seems just a little easier and nicer to shop there.

very unhappy. The guys at the contractors desk seem to avoid making eye contact so they dont have to help you. and the cashier Debbie ant the customer service desk was more intrested in the personal conversation with the employee at the desk then she was me. When the store first opened there was a manager, I believe his name was Clint, He always shook my hand and asked what he could help me with, and didn't pass me off or point me in a direction.. Now no matter how good the sales may look I will shop elsewhere. the store has really gone down hill the past few years.
