Needed to call and check my warranty with the store by checking my phone number associated with the purchase, and instead they put me on hold for 20 minutes and when I hung up to call back they never picked up again.

Not like it used to be. In the past, I probably was in the store at least weekly. Now I am in there only about every three weeks, No catalogs and no 20% on single items. To bad for me and you
