I love this little gem of a pet supply store! They have great products and a wonderful variety of cat and dog food! The owner is extremely helpful and very nice

I had called the store to ask to see if they carried a certain expensive freeze dried food (I spend $300/month on it) that my pets will only eat.

A lady at the store, picked up phone, starts the conversation by saying that she wasn't planning on picking up the phone and just letting it ring. Then she tells me that she won't check the inventory and tells me to just call back next week.



If this lady had a bad day, her anger should not have been redirected at me.



I wouldn't even give this one star. Zero if I could.

Certainly will not throw money here.

Relaxed atmosphere, genuinely helpful sales people, and they remember my name! Great prices, too! They even have a freezer just for raw bones. Love this store!
