Vance and Erik were professional and thorough. They made sure cleanup was satisfactory before leaving. They worked efficiently.

I cannot say enough good about Shaun and his partner who installed my furnace and air conditioning on June 9, 2015. They were on time and completed the job with minimal disruption. They cleaned up after themselves and explained all the workings of my new furnace and air. I highly recommend Service 1 to anyone looking to replace their heat and air.

WE JUST WANTED YOU TO KNOW THAT YOU HAVE THREE VERY, VERY COMMITTED YOUNG MEN WORKING FOR YOU. ON SUNDAY DEC. 28TH OUR FURNACE DECICDED TO STOP WORKING. MY HUSBAND WENT THROUGH THE DEX PAGES AND FOUND ONLY ONE AD THAT SAID THEY OFFERED WEEKEND SERVICE. HE CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT "ERIC" WOULD COME OUT AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. HE ARRIVED 2 HOURS BEFORE HIS SCHEDULED ARRIVAL TIME!!! HE WAS VERY ARTICULATE IN HIS EXPLAINATION OF THE DEMISE OF OUR FURNACE. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN SHOWING US THE OPTIONS WE HAD. WE AGREED ON THE FURNACE. YOUR SERVICE TECH; ZACK AND SHAUN ARRIVED ONE HOUR EARLIER THAN EXPECTED AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY TRULY WORKED HARD DURING THE INSTALLATION AND TOOK NO BREAKS! WE WILL DEFINATELY RECOMMEND "SERVICE 1 INC. HEATING & A/C" TO OUR NEIGHBORS AND FAMIILIES. THAT'S HOW CONFIDENT WE FEEL ABOUT YOUR COMPANY

I called Service 1 Heating & AC on Friday to inquire about getting a whole house humidifier installed. Gordon went over the differences with me and then recommended the Trane unit. He then transferred me to Pamela to set up the next day appointment. I got a call from Zack (Tech) Saturday morning to inform me that he was on his way and would be here in 20 minutes. Zack arrived and went over what he was going to do and then went to work. When he was finished, he went over the operation & maintenance of the unit with me. There was no mess to clean up at all. I was very pleased with the whole process including my phone call & the installation! I will use Service 1 again when the need arises.

James was able to discuss the different options available to me with the thoroughness that only comes from understanding the products he sells and how they perform in certain houses and conditions. He did not push, but told me what I could expect from the different systems. Every one of which was the lowest price of all 5 estimates I received. The install team was extremely professional and polite and cleaned up the area so it looked better than when they started the project. They even put drop cloths all the way through the house so they were not tracking in any dirt. The high efficiency system we had installed had a slight learning curve to it, but they were happy to answer or return my calls promptly and tell me how to adjust it to meet our needs. I will definitely be utilizing them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

got up this morning house] was 82 ,knew we had a problem,15yr ac died made the call from customer service to maint man eric call they gave me the time that that they would be here . right on time .went over unit told me yes it needed to be replaced .shawn and mike came back did a great job installing clean up any mess got unit up an running great job .i will use them in future .

Michael and Zak came early this morning to install a new Trane furnace and air-conditioner. They were both extremely profession and polite. They carefully covered all carpet and hardwood flooring to make sure nothing was damaged. We were extremely pleased with the quality of their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were very efficient and cleaned up the mess in a quick orderly fashion. It was a pleasure having them in our home. They each took the time and patience to make sure we understood exactly how everything worked when the installation was complete.

Throughout my entire experience with Service One, from the initial service call I made, to the initial visit, to the installation (Mike H and Zac Q); I experienced freindly, helpful and professional service. I will absolutely recommend Service 1 to anyone.

On the first 90 deg day 0f 2014, my AC didn't work. Using an add for Service 1 Heating and Air Conditioning, I called for service. The person answering was very courteous and even though it was a Friday she got a technician out in 2 hours. The serviceman quickly diagnosed my 27 year old system as "Terminal". At my request he was able to give me an estimate for a new AC unit along with a furnace that I also wanted. The installers arrived promptly Monday morning and wasted no time getting to work. The installing team of Mike H. and Zack Q. were extremely efficient and had the entire tear out and new install neatly completed in 4 1/2 hours despite my kibitzing. They then completely cleaned the work area, walked me through my new system, and made sure my house was cool before they left. I highly recommend Service 1 and make sure you request Mike and Zack for the install.

They were awesome! Arrived on time, finished quickly and even vacummed under my couch to get to a floor vent! Extremely pleased, will definitely call them again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Just a quick note to let Service 1 Heating know that they have two professional, courteous and qualified installers in Vance and Zach. We had a new A/C unit and furnace installed on 5.1.14 and are extremely pleased with the work performed and the manner in which the work was performed. It was a cold, rainy day so Vance and Zach placed tarps on our floors to eliminate any potential for tracking mud between the A/C unit and their service truck. Zach walked my wife and me through the operations of the new thermostat and Vance walked us to the A/C units and furnace to see if we had any questions. Truly a professional installation with no signs of any work being done in our home except for the fact that we now have a new A/C unit and furnace. Vance and Zach make a good team.

Darren and Zack did a great job with the installation of a new furnace and central air unit. Everything was well fitted and a great deal of attention paid to detail. James Awalt performed the initial inspection and quote, his knowledge, honesty and very professional approach lead me to make my final decision to go with Service 1 Inc.

Mark London and Mike Camis did a fantastic job with my installation of a new furnace and Central Air unit. Quality craftsmanship, you can tell that these guys take pride in their work. Decided to have my air ducks cleaned and Zak did an excellent job . Also, James Awalt performed the initial inspection and quote, his knowledge was very helpful and educational, this lead me to make my final decision to go with Service 1 Inc.; I highly recommend them!

I don't ever write reviews on line for services rendered. But in this case I must! During our severe cold weather my furnace had a problem with the blower. Dave came out right away inspected it and verified the problem. He was very honest and could have done the repair, but with the furnace being 20 yrs old we decided better to upgrade. We got new furnace and air conditioning at a very fair price. His crew of Shaun and Carlos come right out that night and installed the furnace. They were extremely professional and courteous. There was absolutely no mess at all and everything was left clean like they were never there. They were quite as well, hardly heard a noise-- as they worked from past midnight on till early morning hours. I mention that because how do you install a furnace so quietly!!! Great Job guys I will recommend you to all friends and neighbors.

We had Service 1 Heating install a furnace and AC 4 years ago and were extremely pleased. We have since moved and last night in our new home our furnace went out on the coldest night of course. Erich was out fast and found the problem and got us up and running again. We just love these guys. We highly recommend

Dave came out to the house to look at the furnace...he said he is TOP NOTCH TRAINED service man...wouldnt touch my heater, claims too much wrong with it and told me I needed a brand new one...SHAME ON YOU for lying.....I only needed one new part and it works fine...no hazards no other issues, YOU LIED.....shame on you...hope service one company falls flat on their faces....you suggested a brand new furnace at 80 percent efficiency for over three thousand dollars.....wow...SHAME ON YOU>>>> YOUR COMPANY SUCKS...WONT EVER CALL YOU PEOPLE AGAIN. GET A NEW JOB...U SUCK AT THIS ONE.

Mark London and Kevin Behnke installed a new furnace after Eric found a crack during a clean and inspect. Eric was very helpful and professional and very genuine as were both Mark and Kevin. The new furnace was installed in less than (2) hours and a summary on thermostat and furnace were given to us. we are very satisfied with this Company and the service. I can imagine going anywhere else for heating and cooling issues.
