Unfortunately Pozitive does not stand behind their products they install. We purchased a brand new ac unit from him. He came out when our new unit was short cycling immediately. Said it was normal. Refused service after that. Would not warranty either since we would not purchase his highly priced maintenance plan

He also fixes a part onnour furnace. Charged us double anyone else would. When questioned he spoke over me time and time again, said “why are you complaining? I gave you a great deal on the AC unit”!

We still have the same problem with the unit. He would not ever come back. Even said he “fired us” and voided the warranty by not using him. Trane says you can use anyone for service as long as it’s maintained and warranty still effective

Find a better company. Tony is dishonest and wont stand behind his work. He is difficult to deal with if you have any sort of issues, definitely doesnt have customer service as his goal
