I got an initial appointment at a time I wanted, and did not have to wait for meeting with the accountant on the appointment day. Friendly staff. I got a lot of materials about this firm and how it operates its business, much available on this firm's website. All this was useful in organizing my taxes. An initial estimate of taxes I owed was made - none. This was reassuring. Questions and concerns were answered promptly by e-mail (although phone calls to Accountant were welcomed.) Completed tax returns were submitted in less than a month from the appointment date. I am impressed with the experience and expertise of the Accountant and CEO of this accounting firm. Highly recommended

This Accountant provides friendly, knowledgeable, highly competent tax assistance. The website for this firm is very helpful in knowing what this firm offers - very fast tax preparation from initial submission of my tax information to e-filing. In the initial visit Rieben and Associates reviews the tax information, provide an initial estimate of taxes due (if any), asks relevant questions, answers concerns patiently in the office, and responds promptly by email and phone. I appreciate the emphasis on accuracy. It is also reassuring that Bill Rieben, a leader in his field, has been in practice for more than 40 years and retains clients some for well over 20 years. I highly recommend this Accountant.
