Signed up with them a few years ago when I bought my house. Opted for a service plan and automatic delivery. They always bring fuel with a worry by me. We then had a backfire of the furnace and had to call late at night. The service man was there in less then a half hour if that. Cleaned and checked everything to make sure my family was safe. The best part was I wasn't charged a dime because I spent money on the annual service plan which also includes a yearly cleaning. Oh and when I was looking around to sign up the co-owner was the one who came out to check out what I had and answered all my questions. Very knowledgable as he turned out to have been a service tech at one time and worked his way to the top.

They have impeccable service time and even more astronomical prices! The service guy showed up to my house for 20 min made a personal phone call And was charged $140.00. If you want to pay that then Santilli Oil company is for you....... not me.
