We purchased a 2016 fifth wheel from Wana RV a year ago. We drove 2000 miles to pick it up and found the dealership to be very efficient and taking interest in all of our questions. Since that time we have had a couple of issues with the unit both of which were taken care of by this dealership over long distances. Recently we had a blow out of one of the tires on the unit. Upon inspecting the tires we were told that the tires on this unit were barely sufficient for the weight of the trailer. The tires on this unit were six ply tires, and the specialist says ten ply tires are the recommended tire for safety. We have had to replace all five tires on the unit with the ten ply. Would highly recommend Rockwood fifth wheel trailers from Wana RV, but be sure to check the tires to make sure they are designed for the weight of the trailer

I was in the market for a used travel trailer and had very specific requirements. Wana RV had just what I was looking for. The unit was better than advertised and the purchase process was very easy, staff was very helpful with no pressure at all.
When I took delivery the service dept took all the time I needed to get me familar with the operation of the trailer and make sure I was comfortable with the hookups etc. There was one minor problem with a light, I was told the part would be ordered and shipped to my home.
I had the new light the middle of the next week, Great customer service.

Wana was one of two dealers I had narrowed my purchase down to. I don't recall the names of the people, but I talked to the owner and I believe the owners daughter. I found them straight forward, honest and felt comfortable doing business with them. I ended up working with a local dealer but would call Wana again. Others have driven across the country to buy from Wana and have raved. Never really heard any complaints from anyone who actually bought from them.

Now, I did know which trailer (Sunset Trail) and model (ST29RL) I wanted. So I didn't have to deal with trying to determine a floor plan long distance. All I had to decide was which options I wanted.

I have purchased many parts from RVW and they have always had a great price and free shipping. In addtition, I have chatted to the parts folks when they would call to let me know something was back ordered. Very good and are straight forward. Last month I started entertaining the idea about a 32BL sometime this year. I called RVW and asked specific option questions about the 32BL (Non-Patriot model) and they did not have the answers too all the questions but did call back within a day after talking to their factory rep.

very good to deal with and worth the 3 hour drive. Everything went smoothly and after I got the rv home there was some slight hail damage that was very hard to see on the unit. After calling them they offered to fix it at no cost or knock additional money off the purchase price. Will definitely buy from again

If anyone deserves a "Five Star Rating" these folks surely do. We ordered a travel trailer in 2013 and picked it up after it had been built, delivered and then stored at WanaRV. Over the years I have spoken to Kerry a couple of times and he has continued to be very helpful.

A number of our friends have since purchased Fifth Wheels, Class C, Class A and travel trailers from various other companies across the United States. Like us, they did their research, made their purchase and then in some cases had service issues that had to be addressed after the sale. As you might expect, their experiences ran the gamut from poor to very good. That said none of them had a better overall experience than we did at WanaRV.

Oddly enough, one of our friends actually purchased a unit from WanaRV and then afterwards let us know that they had seen our review on the web site. Small world.

Bought a new camper from Wanna two weeks ago. I was thrilled with the company for they did not pressure us into purchasing our unit. In fact, we visited Wanna in April, looked at their inventory, got a price sheet and went home. Kept looking at other RV lots and each time we came back home liking the Shadow Cruiser at Wana. Called Keaton in June to tell him we wanted to purchase a unit and everything was handled over the phone or through email even the financing. We were given an appointment to pick up the new camper and Kyle went through everything with us and helped us get on the road after emptying our tradein camper. We couldn't be happier. Everyone was helpful, professional, and appeared glad we were doing business with them. I assure you if we need another camper we will be back at Wanna. Great experience.
