The men that came were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They completed the job in a timely manner. the came when they said they were coming. Highly recommend this company!!! Very reasonable price!!!!!

I first used Danny from John F. Singer in 2013 at which time he saved us approximately $18,000 dollars that another septic company quoted. They had wanted to replace our mound and Danny was able to fix the problem for $150. No problems with the mound since. Called him on 3 other occasions for minor problems i.e. backed up toilet, broken access tube, and broken pipe from pump to field. The last call was 2 days ago. The charges ran from $0-$50 and each time he came when he said he would or called and came earlier. I cannot say enough praise.

Was in process of awaiting hurricane sandy on the morning when it was to hit. flushed toilet and you guessed it, at the worst possible time, the septic tank was backed up. In a near state of panic due to the approaching hurricane, I called the local company with whom I had previously dealt with twice before. Although they were sympathetic, I was informed they couldnt get to us as they were all booked up.Having used J F Singer years earlier, I called and explained to danny our situation and he said he would be out in one hour. In one hour precisely, he and his employee arrived, and in the blowing wind and rain emptied the tank. He went one step above and beyond service to a customer, and I highly recommend him without any reservation. He will now be our septic tank maintenance company.

Don't use them! Yeah the price was great but, can't follow smiple time lines! Now has to waste more time (our time there time) to come get the money when we told them a time that we would be home for the money they came half-hour early.
