The Sherwood Regional Family YMCA, a branch of the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette, participates in various health and wellness programs. It organizes several land and water group exercises sessions, such as yoga and Pilates. The Sherwood Regional Family YMCA also offers financial assistance services, as well as maintains a teen center that spreads over an area of more than 5,200 square feet. It organizes arts and crafts, homework and Bible study sessions. The Sherwood Regional Family YMCA also conducts rock climbing, basketball, karate and soccer sessions for children between the ages of 3 and 8. The Sherwood Regional Family YMCA organizes summer camps and swimming sessions.
