Very satisfied with my new boat purchase. Very relaxed atmosphere. No sales pressure. Salesman was very knowledgeable and willing to work to meet my needs. Financing was easy and I received a great fixed rate. I'd highly recommend checking out The Boat Rack when in the market for a boat.

I couldn't be any more disappointed with The Boat Rack. Absoslute worst service dept. on the lake. After a month, they still had not found time to finish my boat. After many, many calls I was told each time they'd call me back...Not once did they! Each time I called they had no answers because they hadn't been able to get to my boat. Why? I have no idea. A couple of times I was told they were too busy; other times I was told a "technician" was working on it. I don't believe they ever were! The last day I allowed my boat to be in their hands, which was 4 full weeks, I was told the tech on my boat was called to help another tech with some other boat! I was back-burnered for the last time. No sincere apology given, no promise or guarantee, no justifiable excuse whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else. Missed Memorial Day on the lake because from May 2nd to May 27th they were unalbe to get the job done. Poor, lame, terrible, & ridiculous! One star is overrated.

Very Professional Sales Experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful... All promises fulfilled and a great deal on a great Boat!
