This is my story: I needed my carpets cleaned having the in-laws coming for the holidays and I really needed to make sure everything was done just right. Form the house being cleaned to having all the gifts that they had given us over the last few months it just had o be RIGHT!!! So I had everything but the carpets cleaned, I was on a budget and really needed to find the right company for me who I would be using in the future if it all went down right... called around and found "Sherman oaks in and out carpet cleaning" in Sherman Oaks.. I spoke with a nice lady and she really took her time and made sure I understood what needed to be done.. I had them come out right away, the estimate that was given to me over the phone was very reasonable.. The tech arrived on time he was very polite from the start was able to give me a set price before starting the work I even got a 10% off for being a 1st time client.. Niiiiiiice!!! He started the work and was done within a three hour period I was really impressed with the work he did for me. there are no more stains.. it was just done right.. thank you so much.

I know I will work with Sherman Oaks in and out carpet cleaning for a while becuase I really like the way they work and how they make sure they have done a satisfying job. They have always treated me nice and solved my problems.
