They lied about what ear the guitar was made in order to scam more money. The owner has decided that rather than correct bad business practices he insults anyone that is critical and threatens to sue them. I'm not afraid of the bully owner.
Avoid this terrible store.

I bought a used Martin. It was advertised "excellent condition". I looked at the pics carefully and methodically prior to buying. I found many dents on top, 2 deep white scuffs on sides, something inside the guitar was rattling. [it was an A/E version] I could not find what it was. The case-- it was so beat up that ~ 20% was worn down to the wood. The wood was exposed.
i contacted them and asked for a refund. they said they would give a full refund but i had to pay the return shipping ~ $75. I said, hey, you did not correctly advertise the guitar or the case you should pay the return shipping. a resounding No was the answer. I called my credit card and asked for their help, they played the mediator turns out. on a recorded phone call b/n me, IVG and visa- IVG agreed to the full refund and pay me half of the return shipping cost- i thought this was fair. but then they scammed me again!!! they did not refund me 50% of my return shipping cost as they agreed
