We have used Harlor Management to manage our apartment buildings for 10 years. The firm is thorough, conscientious and diligent. Their maintenance team is exceptional. They are quick to respond to all repair issues and overall maintenance to the buildings. The office staff is diligent and always helpful. They deal with difficult tenants and are quick to respond to all issues. They maintain our buildings beautifully. Every time I drive by our buildings, I smile with appreciation. I highly recommend them.
