Meh, skip it. Even Panda Express is better. I love the Burbank location. The food tastes better, the staff is more responsive and, this is specific to people with shellfish allergies, the Burbank location doesn't have oyster sauce as a choice. Sherman Oaks unwisely includes this, even though they use a group grill, use tons of liquid that runs between orders and use wooden sticks to stir. Even if they think they are cleaning the grill - which they did after I tried to explain to the guy the first time once I got to the end of the line (after paying) and say the oyster sauce. He didn't get it, cooked my stuff, then I had to take it back to the lady in the front, ask for a manager which I didn't get. She tried to then, in her limited English, explain to the fry cook, with his limited English that I need my order cooked separately. I just wanted my money back. But no, they made a great show of scraping the grill and cooking mine alone, only to use the same utensils, etc. I just took it and walked away. Sat down and had two bites and immediately started to get the itchy throat and just shoved it away to my husband and ate his leftover Panda Garden, which was pretty good, surprisingly. I'm not sure if they are also missing some of the vegetable choices from Burbank, but I was just underwhelmed on so many levels even before the added complication of allergic contamination. I rushed home, took a Benadryl, and even after only two bites, my mouth is still itching hours later.
