Long story short...our refrigerator needed a new compressor. JR had us order one...was supposed to be back the next week to install...took 3 days to get in contact with him again...then put us off for 2 more weeks...finally came(late) and attempted to repair it...after 3 days of trying we thought it was fixed...nope! Paid him! He cash our check. He had us order another part...never came back to install and wouldn't return our calls...so at xmas time with a 10 month old...left with no working fridge and spent $700...merry xmas to us...also goes by action appliance! Oh yeah, also messed up our hard wood floors...

We were renting a dryer because ours went out. I called JR and he came out the same day and fixed our dryer. He had to come back out the next day because he didn't have the blower fan and had to order it but what's another day when our dryer had already been down for a month. He had it apart and fixed in less than an hour and it works just as good as it did when we bought it. We would definitely recommend him to everyone we know and don't know.

Called and JR was here the same day. He was very honest and did not try to rip me off!! I would recommend him to anyone

Cll J.R. right away! I called him late on a Friday night after Sears told me it would be at least 10 days before they could get out to look at my washer. He asked me when I was available and in looking at my husband's schedule, I told him Monday morning would work for us if ok with him. He didn't even hesitate when he asked me if I was available then, Friday evening. He was out at the house within 30 minutes and easily rectified the issue I was having with my washer. He is extremely customer service oriented and I would recommend his business to anyone! He fit me in his schedule right away and if I had waited on Sears, I'd still be waiting and being aggrevated....thanks J.R.!
