Ordered a woman's wedding ring, and a men's wedding band over 5 weeks ago. Got the woman's ring in 3 weeks or so. The man's ring came in and, although the ticket clearly was marked size 13, it was a size 10. So, it had to be reordered. Today my fiance called regarding the ring, and was told the ring had arrived but that it was too big and so had been sent back. Upon asking for and talking to the manager (?), she was told we would just have to wait for the 3 weeks for delivery (8 weeks total, maybe). Too many WTF here, or fairytales throughout this process. Too angry to go by today, but tomorrow going in to get a refund; will get married with dollar store ring until later one can be purchased from a business where the head up the #*# function is not prevalent.
