Provided by YP.comvery expensive and very slow --took about 1 hour 45 min to get exam with appointment--glasses and frames very expensive with insurance--frames i wanted was $400--settled for some flexons still out of pocket 250--insurance paid 350--sorry but wont go back --took a while to get glasses back after they were ordered..
