I would give these folks a zero instead of one star but can't because it isn't offered.

I'm in Nashville and have been trying to confirm that an order for a INR (Coumadin test) has been received for testing of my wife who is the Woodlands area visiting friends.

I have called the listed number at least a dozen times. Regardless of what extension I press on the main VM menu, I either get a survey to win a great prize, a robot wanting to set an appointment or a message that says the "machine" is sorry but the announcement for that extension has not been recorded recorded.

Impossible to reach a human. Good Grief!

Heed my warning. Seek professional care elsewhere.

Went for a lipids test and ended up with a rheumatoid arthritis screening on 11/10/17. I went to the doctor following my testing. Doctor showed me the order and nowhere did it have rheumatoid arthritis screening listed on it. I called the Woodlands location and someone in billing department took down all my information. She was going to have it researched and get back with me. I really would like to get a lawyer involved with this case.
I called their main office I believe in Georgia and they told me that I can't even open an investigation. Only the doctor can. As a patient, I have no right to open an investigation. This is really ridiculous and unfair. I really don't have a recourse and no blood work my doctor ordered.
This is not my first experience with Quest. I used to go to 1960 location and that place got so bad with the way they treating me and the attitude they were giving me, I decided to switch over to the Woodlands location. It was fine for a while, but it too is not very good anymore.
I will look for other alternative and not go to quest anymore.
