The staff was friendly, my husband had outpatient surgery in November. We were required to pay cash and were told to request an itemized invoice later so we could file an insurance claim. This was thousands of dollars. However getting an itemized invoice which would list out the items that are reimbursable from our insurance appears to be non-existent. Several phone calls have not been returned. Today, after three months I was told another company does the invoices and that Apollo can't help me. The number I was given also is not answered by a human and I had to leave a number which I have no confidence will be returned. This place has cost us a lot of money.
