I dropped off a HP laptop with this kid last week because as soon as I turned it on I got a warning that a cooling fan had gone toast. 3 days later I got a phone call back from him saying that "there is no problem" and that he was unable to reproduce the problem. Astonished I returned to pick up my laptop, went home, and plugged it in. Low and behold it popped up with the fan warning immediately on start-up. This kid hadn't even turned it on. Good thing he isn't the only computer repair man in town!!!
