The facilty it self is in very good working ordr nad clean, some of the staff needs PR improvement, this will be a generic statement since it is the first time i am reviewing the situation. some of them no names mentioned today are extremly rude to regular returning customers. I was appalled the other day when the cops were called on customers that were using almost all 31 washers more than once around, the mothers were working furviuosly to get thru the mts of laundry, severla todllers were patiently waiting for momma, utiling play area and checking back and forth with momma, then the washer run over for what reason ? and at the same time the toilet plugged up, the staff member became irritated and started scolding an adult female about doing wrong to cause the flood. I personally unplugged toilet and let staff know the floor needed to mopped , instead she slapped an out of order sign on bathroom door, toilet was working fine at this point. Then shae comenced to call the cops not .

Very Clean! In fact it is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to and they have the cleanest public restroom I have ever seen! The staff is very helpful and polite! I will certainly be going back and recommending them to everyone I know! Also they are very reasonable on their pricing and they have free coffee!!!

This is my first time to Shelton Laundry and I will be back. I am able to use their WI-FI easily and they have a warm, inviting atmosphere. All the washing machines are Mega Loads and Dryers are huge, everything is very clean and family friendly. Even though they are currently renovating, everything is very accessible and I look forward to coming back next time we have a big load. The machines take an "easy card" instead of coins, which is easily refillable. Today is the day after Thanksgiving and they are pretty busy, but they are open 7 days a week 7 am to 10 pm so that gives a lot of time to get your laundry done.
