Provided by YP.comI get the best service and quality work every time I've taken my three vehicles in for repair.
They also after repairing give you the option to fix it or work with you on your options. Estimates are done prior to any work started. And if you only a certain dollar limit, they'll let you know if it is doable or not.
They warranty their work for three years after the repair/replacement. They buy the best parts and research for you the customer, the best prices from multiple vendors too.
They also have certified mechanics who take several classes a year to keep up dated on the newest cars on the market to include diesel engines.
I'm a loyal customer who finds this auto service to be the best auto repair shop in Shelton.

Provided by YP.comFrom me they get a big F. Won't go there again. Too bad their rating chart doesn't have a minus star system also. The first time I took my wife's Mercedes in there for a leaking power steering pump return line. They got it in their shop and called me and said it needs new ball joints, I told them to replace them, I didn't think it needed them because there was no slop in the steering. An $1,100 fix it didn't need. Today I took my van in there with a water leak from the water bypass hose and they wanted to replace the whole cooling system because there was rust on the radiator cap. BFD ! They gave me an estimate of $1,661.93 to fix it. They didn't get the job and won't get any future repairs I may have. It was just a water leak from the bypass hose. I ended up paying $96.70 for diagnosis that I didn't need. Don't use their service, they're a rip off and if they have a chance to get under your car they'll find all kinds of things wrong with it, even if there's nothing wrong.

I've been using Denny's as my repair shop since moving to the Shelton area in 2005 and will not take my business anywhere else. They do excellent work, let me know when regular maintenance is due and always work around my schedule.Great Customer Service
