Used this service for a birthday party bus rental. Very easy to book and prices were right! We loved our driver and would definitely use one way limo again!

First time use. Best price, by far. Round trip CT. JFK. Pickup 10 min. Early. Return flight delay 90 mins., Driver waiting. Both trips brand new Lincoln SUV. Driver's personable and respectful. Speed limit observed. Both VERY grateful for gratuity in addition to that required by Co. The new best.

Do NOT use this company! I booked and prepaid for round trip service with One Way Limo to Newark Airport a month prior to my trip (tip and tolls included). One Way stranded me (a widow) and my 3 young children at the Airport upon on return, claiming they didn’t have my Flight # and my flight was delayed. If I wanted them to come back out it would be at a cost of $220 and it would take 1 to 2 hours to get a driver out to the airport. They only realized that day they did not have my flight number?. Funny they had my credit card number to which I was charged in full and they refuse to refund the return trip. Now I know why they call themselves “One Way”. Horrible company and horrific customer service!. Consider yourself warned.

Please don't use this service. The company after booking appoints a third party to provide service. One of their affiliate company owner Mr. Mohan is a fraud. Please use either uber and any other services even if you have to pay little more.

Had a limo for my daughter's Bday and I couldn't ask for a better. The staff was excellent. Great communication, on time, and very respectful company. I would definitely use this service again and recommend to anyone

We were a bit skeptical at first making a reservation with OneWayLimo. My gut was telling me the price was too good to be true.The friendly, upbeat woman I spoke to explained that OneWayLimo is able to offer low prices because they hire out drivers to do "one-way" jobs, a driver who may already be at the airport from a previous one. When we landed at JFK after a week long trip, there was no driver in sight, even though I confirmed a pick-up time with him earlier in the week. After several phone calls to OneWayLimo, our driver finally arrived to pick us up, but an hour and a half late. Not only was his language to an airport worker directing traffic inappropriate, he complained the whole way home about his stressful job and how it wasn't his fault there was traffic. He even made a phone call to another driver (at 9:30 P.M.) asking him to do his 11 o'clock pick up back at JFK. Someone else was going to be stranded too. The icing on the cake was asking for a tip despite the fact we prepaid a tip for him to OneWayLimo. He didn't just ask, he continued to hound us, telling us he was underpaid and the tip arrangement was between him and us, not the OneWayLimo company. OneWayLimo seemed embarrassed by the whole ordeal. The woman I made a reservation with told me to send an email describing our experience and she would talk to her boss about getting us a partial refund (really the right thing to do here). Over a week later, she emailed me offering me not a refund, but a highly discounted rate the next time we used them. And she mentioned our driver was no longer associated with the company. My advice: For peace of mind, pay the extra money to a local, more reliable and reputable car hire company. OneWayLimo outsources to small car operators and you'll be left wondering who is going to show up - that's if they do at all.
