Great center, my child has been attending since they opened and we are very happy with the care that he receives. Teachers and Director are very polite and helpful if I should have any questions. It is great that they do not follow the public school schedule so I can still go to work in the snow. I highly recommend this center.

My children have been at Kids Zone in the preschool and summer camp programs and I have had nothing but great experiences with both. The teachers and the director are very caring towards the children and the activities are non stop. I have never had an issue with payments because I pay every week. Check the place out for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Center is clean and the security was top notch from a picky mom this center checked off all my must haves.

It's odd that the Kids Zone website and the local Shelton group pages never allow a single negative comment about this place. I have commented thus several times and it has always been swiftly removed. How are people supposed to get the full picture if all they read is gushing "oh I love this place" comments? My son was kicked out of the program ostensibly because of a late payment, and yet I was never charged a late fee or given a written notice of warning. What happened is that I questioned the director about what I owed and offended her and, without any concern for my child, she booted him from the program after 3 years. Kid Zone cares alright. . .about the money. My son is now in another program, for less money, and just as happy and we no longer have to deal with her ego.

Love this school, the teachers are great the Director Debbie is great. I have been with this center from the beginning and we have NO complaints. I have recommended it to my family and friends and their children also attend. Clean and organized classrooms, they kids are kept busy and my child never wants to leave. We are glad to be at Kids Zone!

The school is nice and clean the teachers are wonderful. However, the owner "debbie" is horrible. On numerous occasions she forgot to give my 3yr old son his lunch that I paid for in advance. She even forgot to give my 6 yr old lunch for there summer camp program. When I picked him up he kept saying he was starving. She didnt apologise, she didnt offer to return my money for the lunch. She kicked my 3 yr old son out her facility because she purposely told me the wrong time for the xmas party and my son missed santa by 2 minutes. And becuase I called her and she hung up on me and I called again to figure out what went wrong with the xmas party she kicked him out with no explanation. Dont send your kids here if she still owns the facility.

The school overall is good. The teachers are awesome with the kids! However the Owner "Debbie" is HORRIBLE. She is out to scam you out of money any way she can. She is very disrespectful towards her staff.. not friendly towards the kids, and is only nice to the parents while showing you around the center before you sign up. She is the reason I took my child out her center.
