The absolute worst person you will ever work with if you are trying to get a pool in. Not only did he rip me off, but he outright lied about the work that he was doing. He makes you pay all of the money up-front and then does none of the work. DO NOT WORK WITH JOHN DUBYOSKI, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Diamond pools is and outstanding company.

They treated me like a great person with tremendous value.

Now keep in mind I only have a little above ground pool & needed help.

And they did more than that for me. THEY ARE THE GREATEST !!!!

I would tell everyone that they are honest and very helpful

They saved me from spending lot of money.

I met John Dubyoski/Diamond Pools at a Home Show. I was very dissatisfied with my pool and the company that was doing maintenance on it. It took at least half the season to get the pool water clear, and looking nice. I had Diamond Pools come out in the spring and open the pool, and do my maintenance I couldn't believe when they opened the pool the first time the water was pristine within 24 hrs! Since then I have had Diamond Pools servicing my pool and the water is always clear. They are always in contact with me and keep me updated. I highly recommend Diamond Pools

I waited over a year before expressing our satisfiaction we have enjoyed working with Diamond Pools. Coming from a long history as a pool owner my wife and I were a little concerned when we purchased our new home in Monroe. The reason for our concern was the property had very limited usage and required substanial engineering efforts in order to accomodate a pool. After meeting with John it was clear to us that the fact that he provided all the essential services needed eliminated the need to subcontract various stages of our project as we have witnessed many friends struggle through when installing their pools. Today our neighbors stare in awe at the result of John's passion and commitment to quality work. The pool has been the most beautiful and easiest to maintain that we have ever owned. The fact that John was able to handle the entire project made it so much easier in a house with 4 children to deal with the installation process. We are proud to be Diamond Pools owners

Hired Diamond Pools to install pavers around my pool, John Dubyoski came with a 4 page contract w/o references or copies of his licenses which I requested. Ignorantly, I signed the contract which had a breakdown of 3 payments...not realizing 95% of the money was due before a single paver was to be laid. I made the first payment of $11,400. By the time the next payment was due I had neighbors knocking on my door giving me their own nightmare stories regarding Diamond Pools. They had names of others who had huge problems with Diamond Pools. Continually John incorrectly billed us for things he did not do or charged us more than once for the same supplies different bills. A retaining wall was installed the wrong color we found out from his own employee that he used blocks from a previous job, which he was fired from.
