This was the worst. I didn't even try the food. I ordered a cheesecake from this place. Said it would be ready Satuday at 1pm. I arrived at 230pm. Lady told me the cake was made fresh and was not there yet. Said it would be there by 400pm. If I wanted she would call me back. I said why didn't you call earlier, said she lost my number. Acted like she was speaking to delivery person on phone said she will be there by 4 pm but was stuck in traffic coming from Hamden. I came from Hamden, but I let the lie slide. I really wanted the cake. At 4pm I arrive but...still no cake. Now there is a lot of traffic and will be there at 430 pm so I waited outside in car. 445pm...guess what, still no cheesecake and again with the phone talking to no one, (I believe). Requested a refund and told her this is bad business. Mean while the place has been empty and I believe will stay that way. I don't know who did the reviews but this place needs new management and better customer service. Will never go back again.

First of all...I have gone here for lunch at least 5 times so far....do not listen to the reviews on here. Their quiche is top notch and their service is awesome. Waiters/waitresses are so friendly and accommodating. We never wait long. BTW did I say already how good their quiche is? Have to say it again. Never had any of these issues. I would say go there and try it. Very very nice - keep up the good work Dee's! See you soon!

We LOVED the food the first time we ordered take out......then, it was never consistent. We tried 3 more times, and each time, something was always wrong. The final time, I reminded them that they'd gotten the orders wrong the past 2 times. Guess what? Yes, they got it wrong AGAIN. Apparently, their former chef went to their New Haven restaurant. You know what? Shelton (and the valley) really needed a great Thai restaurant. And because you had to open in New Haven and transfer the chef, you blew a great opportunity. Plenty of great Thai places in New Haven and you could've had the corner of the market in the valley. Oh well.....

Well let's start off by saying,I went in there a few weeks ago and the service was great,food was excellent. .now I go back this week to find the food totally sucked,the portions were extremely poor.I seen they had a new cook,some little old grey haired guy,extremely rude.The waitress was very nice .I don't know what else to say but I would never go there again..And i will be letting friends know about the change..Definitely not worth the high prices..

Horrific service! There were just two tables for dinner...party of 8 and a four top. Our meals came out cold, at 5 minute intervals and one meal missed! However two men for take out received their meals and paid in between the 20 minute wait between our "staggered" meals!!!!!
