Thank you DAddario for a great repair job on my 2015 GMC Terrain. Your service managers knew exactly what my problem was and it was fixed as I while I waited in your waiting room. I took it to another dearler first and they could not figure it out, they told me I had to leave it and come back the next day.

Yes they are a bunch of liars! i came with break problem 2 times with 1.5 years of gap.and both times they told me i still have 50% of life on my break pads.Seems like for a year and a half my break pads hadnt worn out a tiny bit!Come on.Ive been driving with that noise from my breaks for that entire time.and my car hasnt recieved a break service for 3 years! All they did is charge me almost 60$ for that "break check" each time.

my right door needs more slap to close than the three other doors.right off their show room,and both times when i came back they said the door is fine!

Also my glass wiring must have frozen up in winter and to lift it up i had to hold the button all the way.guess what?they told me its the design of the car and that its fine.

i went back home and in 3 days the glass started working again!.

0000000000000 in the 10th power to that service!

Poor Service and Bad Customer Service

I have owned 4 Nissans, but have never bought a car from D'Addario until this one. The sales process was great. But, the service was sub-par. I told them the possible cause of my problem(according to the User Manual). They never checked into it, lied to me when I inquired if they had(because that would have been a substantially less charge),charged me for an unnecessary repair and then when I tried to pick my car up, it would not start. It was actually exactly what the User Manual indicated. So, what do they do? They try to charge me for that component too. They claim that the battery was not able to maintain a charge, they tried all day. They told me that the two problems are unrelated. That my battery was dead because it was out in the cold for two days. Then when I got irate the following day, they told me that my battery was working just fine and would continue to do so for some time and that they did not want to do business with me. So, they charged me 733 dollars for a component that did not need to be fixed. Then they tried to charge me 135 dollars for another component that they said was dead. But, two days later came back to life. And they do not want to do business with me because I dare raise my voice about the situation? That is poor service and bad customer service. In my business, you always try to do the right thing and make the customers happy. That is the way to keep them. D'Addarrio may have received some money from me, but they lost all of my future car sales. I am getting a new car in August. Guess who I will not be buying it from? Neither should you. You will need to deal with their service department for recalls, if nothing else. That is how my nightmare began. Go somewhere else. Try a different manufacturer.
