My brother had a bad experience at this dry cleaner 10 years ago. They hemmed his pants too short and would not take blame for it. I was hesitant to use but I needed this suit dry cleaned last minute for a job interview. I didn't notice until after I brought suit home. But there were two quarter size shredded holes in back of suit. I brought this suit to my normal tailor to ask his opinion. He said the damage was symmetrical if folded in half. He said the suit was probably slammed or caught in a cleaning door or press. I told the Center Services cleaners this and they said it wasn’t them or their fault. They blamed it on me. They said the holes were due to moths I had in my closet. Huh?? I argued with the female owner and she refused to replace or even give me a few dry cleaning coupons. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend using.
