We hired Earthworths to fix a drainage problem in our back patio area. Tim Johnson personally bid the job and assured us that he would fix the problems and that we would not have any drainage issues or standing water when he was finished. He tore up the patio and breeze-way and installed a new drainage system and a new concrete patio and breeze-way. Our breeze-way now has standing water when we have a lot of rain. After it rains, we cannot walk out our back door to our garage without walking through a puddle of inch deep water. We cannot store items on the porch without risking that they will get wet. Tim has refused for almost two years to make the job right and fix the problem. He will not repair the breeze-way so that we do not have puddles of standing water. Mr. Johnson has not given us the promised “dedication to quality, craftsmanship and the ability to provide customer satisfaction” that he advertises.
