I scheduled the service, and they were here when they said they would be. Very professional, affordable and even took the time to explain maintenance of the system. We will definitely use them again when the time comes.

I called desperate with major plumbing problems and Shelby Septic came to my rescue within a couple of hours. Nicole at the office was the best. I highly recommend this company.

I had no idea where to start when my toilets started to bubble up....I was so impressed when this company came out and was albe to locate, dig up, clear my sewer line, and pump my septic tank so quickly and easily. I was shocked that it needed to be pumped so bad after only 5 years. Staff was so professional and kind. I have to recommend this company for saving my day. Everyone was very friendly, from the lady who answered the phone to Russ who came out. Russ was very knowledgeable and gave us advice on maintaining our septic system.

We had Shelby Septic pump our tank 5 years ago and were so pleased with the prompt professional service that we had them come again. They had to dig a hole to pump the tank but, they put the grass back and it looked nice. i will definitely use them again in the future.

For those of us that live where there are septic systems in Shelby and surrounding counties, these folks are the best in the business.

All the things a home owner worries about was considered. They located the septic tank access with no damage to my lawn; cleaned the system out, and taught me more about septic systems than I ever knew there was to learn; no spillage or damages, and the most pleasant team of professionals to work with that I could have hoped for. I will be a repeat customer as long as I live with a spetic system.

I called and they came exactly when they said they would. Truck was very nice and new. Technician was clean, respectful, and knowledgable about my septic system. I never expected so much from a septic pumping company. So glad they got me fixed up I decided to share my experience. I would definitely recommend them.
